- Use reports to track your team’s work
Use reports to analyze your work
Business project templates are flexible and prioritize supporting however your team accomplishes work. They come with reports that help you understand how your team moves through their work items and identify any trends or areas of concern.

The Created vs. resolved work items report compares how many new work items your team has created to how many work items your team has marked as Done. This can help you understand how much work you’re putting in your backlog, and if you’re adding work more quickly than you can complete it.
To use the report, you configure three settings: a period of time to view, if you want to display the cumulative number of items, and if you want to see versions.
In the report, if there’s an area colored green, that means your team resolved more work than they created in that period. If there’s an area colored red, that means your team created more work than they resolved.
👇This is the Created vs. resolved work items report.
