What are team calendars?

Team calendars help your team stay organized and communicate availability with a schedule of personal and team events that link to individual work calendars and Confluence pages. They give you multiple viewing options, like by list, week, month, and timeline, to make it easy for you to track who is doing what and when.

Team calendars are only available for premium and enterprise plans.

Create team calendars

You can create calendars in any Confluence space by clicking Calendars in the space sidebar. You can either create a blank calendar, add an existing calendar from another space, or import an iCal file.
To add events to your calendar, click on any day and fill out the information.

You can connect your team calendar with Jira to add sprints, releases, or other custom fields to the calendar.
Once created, you can embed your team calendar on Confluence pages, or link events in the calendar to spaces and pages. Team members can choose to Watch selected calendars to receive notifications when the calendar changes.
