Customize according to your team’s needs

Categorize kinds of work with work types and then track data on work items with fields. You can modify default work types and create new ones based on your team’s needs. In company-managed projects, project admins can decide which fields should appear in the work item detail view for different work types. In team-managed projects, project admins can configure work types and layouts for their projects and create custom fields as needed.
